The energies of the day demand expression. Unconscious passage through life typifies the oceanic experience of the human family. One often seems more important than all.

The ability of life to provide exactly what is needed in order to challenge our ingrained patterns remains the test of self-awareness. Interactions with life in the form of other things and people – as well as ourselves – is reflected in the very cells of our bodies, affecting the aging process and self expression. Following periods of intense introspection and recrimination, often, times of outward projection into life and the world result. These times reveal the crux of our individual journeys, reveal the heart of who we are, the soul of what we’ve come to do, the spirit of our collective evolution through time and space.

There are very few who are actively aware of this growth. Even still, the conscious progression of the human race is stultified by seemingly oppositional forces that can seem human and other at times. Where and how stoppages to the flow of energy occur, or originate, is meaningless when it comes down to it. That they occur is the issue and how to move through and past them is the goal. The cascade of thoughts, words and actions that represent our general passage through life characterize our personalities and, if limited in understanding, become the self we call I, or me. In time habit coalesces and stagnates, thoughts influence the body’s capacity for growth and hearts harden, souls settle into beingness closed off from true inner growth and the capacity to shift, to change.

Once this point is reached, the actual cells of the body become more attuned to emotional states and the neuropeptides that shift them than the nutrients provided by the foods we eat and, as a result, the body ages and weakens and the world bears down upon us in all of its terrible and wondrous horror and splendor. Fear, as an expression of lower urges overwhelms the individual’s capacity for free and open thought and patterns of thought cycle through the mind endlessly, on repeat, ushering us through the final years and into the grave, unfulfilled, regretful and longing for relief and surcease from the pain and agony of life.

As we travel through our days we are being bombarded by energies. Coming from the earth, from the sun, from the planets, from the stars. The emanations of extra-solar bodies suffuse our physical bodies and interact with our energetic states, shifting our emotional expression accordingly. The extent to which this is unacknowledged is dependent upon the individualized state of self-awareness. The empathic connection between people often relegates the souled individual to claiming imposed emotional states as their own, tossed to and fro by emotions coming from outside, mistaken for originating inside. Understanding that thought precedes emotion allows the empath to recognize which emotions are coming from within and which are coming from without.  Active awareness in the form of mindfulness ushers in the state of conscious personal growth in the area of psychology and spirituality.

Outward projection of inner imperatives represent a clarity of understanding that can become the lived expression of those who consciously follow evolutionary processes ancient in conception and that seem to typify the human experience regardless of culture or geography. The many forms of psychological and spiritual practice are girded by an underlying reality that we all share as conscious beings immersed within the quantum zero-point field entangled intricately, our every action superimposed by endless potentiality, directed by individuated conscious volition.  Being true to Self, then, is merely the understanding that whatever is in the moment should be the focus of attention and intent.

As science is continually discovering, what we think, say and do is meaningful in an individual and also in a collective sense. Understanding that life responds to the perceiver, that consciousness is the fundamental state of existence itself is confirmation of every utterance of every sage in every culture in every corner of the world. The cyclical and spiral-like nature of existence resounds across the void of consciousness as lives coalesce around the shared journey and our interactions shoot off sparks of infinite possibility with each choice as the implicit wave-function collapses into the mundanity of normative perception and the days proceed as any other. We are fooled by sameness, bamboozled by boredom, into ignoring the magic of daily life. Effectively blinded to the terrific, inured to the amazing.

While, collectively, the human family remains mired in darkness, the awakening process as experienced by a significant proportion of the world’s population is indeed having an effect. Exuberant proclamations of ascension and wonder abound within minority communities of spiritual aspirants and projections of paradoxical incredulity are savaged by the sleeping minds, intellectually bound to dead paradigms and enclosed conceptions of egoic imposition. And yet, each and every contribution by all incarnate souls contributes to the whole and the manifest state of beingness in all of its infinite and eternal inscrutability represents an inexorable evolutionary drive shared by all expressions of consciousness in every potential form possible.

The heart of who we are is compassion. Electromagnetic thrums of intentionality emanate outwards from each person, affecting their immediate and distant surroundings through waves of interconnectivity at the quantum level. The soul of what we’ve come to do is transcendent, encompassing the purposing of soul-groups infinite in conception and eternal in origin, beyond the capacity of any egotistical personality structure to fully encompass within the purview of limited awareness.  The spirit of our collective evolution is grounding, into the moment, into the space of our lives as lived, our experiences as interpreted, our thoughts and feelings as expressed. In each moment we represent the eternal and each choice is a resounding foray into creation for better or worse, polarized pinpoints of potentiality sent out into the void lovingly received and transmitted to, through and around every iota of being and consciousness in creation and beyond. All, is more important than one.

Money Woes and the Trials of Job

Being broke seems to be endemic. Money woes, bills pilling up, creditors calling for blood and first born children. Money flowing in is gone before it is received and there seems to be no end in sight.

How can we focus on higher spiritual ideals when the daily grind calls for all our attention?

We can’t, as long as the two are separated.

By two, I mean, material concerns and spiritual concerns. Simply put, Divinity is not separate from the world. How we deal with our worldly concerns is directly related to how we deal with our spiritual concerns. If we diligently apply ourselves to becoming more accountable and responsible in our daily lives, carefully attending to the details of a normative life, then this concentration will similarly affect our pursuit of the higher goals. And vice versa, if balance is sought.

Money is energy. It greases the wheels of the mechanism of life, providing impetus to support our lifestyles. Money flows where energy goes. And our work, produces that energy. Labors of love produce value that result in success in life. If you do not care for what you do then your efforts are in vain and doomed to failure.

How hard are you working toward your goals? Or are you a debt slave, working toward someone else’s goals? Do you love what you do? If so, could you – in any conceivable way – get paid for it?

Whatever you are thinking about right this moment – that art, that writing, that building, that repairing, that knitting, that video game, that party you put together, the food you make – whatever it may be, if your passion is there then your joy is there as well. If you can get paid by doing what you love to do, then your success is guaranteed.

Money woes – being broke – are a transitory state, as money comes and goes. The idea of wealth itself is subjective and not necessarily even related to money. Health, family, friends are a form of wealth that are worth more than gold. Ask Job, of bible fame, who lost all – money, family, friends – but never disbelieved in the oneness of spirituality, thereafter receiving what he had lost and more as a result of his faith. For Job, there was no separation between his life and his relationship to his god. He saw all he experienced as expressive of his own failures, although the test of his faith through physical illness also challenged his understanding of the Greater Plan for his life. His humility in the face of total ruin is an exemplar of true faith, which is certain knowledge of the efficacy and necessity of each and every lesson we go through that we perceive as negative in nature. The appearance of God in the storm was all that was necessary for his faith to be restored, despite his continuing ignorance in the face of the Adversary’s enmity. It is funny, how, in life, so many things that appear bad, turn out good at some point.

As life shifts, perspectives shift. Life shifts as the mind and spirit undergo transformation. What occurs within, affects that which occurs without.

The trials of Job occurred because he was the best, not the worst. A faithful servant to his god. His faith and devotion were cast upon the flames of tribulation, resulting in the loss of his wealth, his health and his family. And yet, throughout his torment, Job’s confusion, misery and even anger reveal his pain and desperation and also his utter reliance upon his god as the ultimate salvation from his problems. Throughout his trials, his knowledge of the interwoven strands of body and soul remained intact. For him, there was no separation and, in the end, this knowing was his saving grace.

Hard times can be instructional if the lesson is internalized. As we undergo one or more of the trials of Job, realizing that, in the end, even though the workings of creation can be inscrutable and beyond our ability to understand, there is a reason for every iota of pain, suffering and heartache we experience. That the experience, no matter its intensity, is designed to lift us up, to make us stronger, and to bring us closer to the God that holds us in his arms, that loves, that is Love itself.

Building upon strong foundations can only lead to a solid structure. Living, then, within this structure – this house of many mansions – can be the realization of one’s highest dreams and aspirations, if the dream, the joy and the energy coincide.

Travelers of the Soul

You never know who you’re going to meet.

Other Travelers, along the Way.

How you’re going to affect their lives, or how they will affect yours.

Lives intersect seemingly at random. The person at the grocery store, met eyes and a few pleasantries. The car passed coming out of the driveway, your chance meeting on a road resulting in a pause, a hesitation in their journey. Thousands and millions of souls encountered along your journey, our journey.

Paths crossing, interacting through space and time. The acquaintances and the folks at work, the close friends and family. Greater and lesser degrees of zero-point geometry, non-local interactions of the sacred and profane intermixed, building intricate networks of causality that spiral out in increasingly complex patterns of manifest destiny.

Choices. Mingling bio-energetic auras, the electromagnetic emissions of the heart, body-consciousness of sub-quantum, zero-point interactions, nodal emanations of undetectable energy creating complex relationships between individuals, groups and the greater matrix of our shared reality itself. Each moment, each decision resulting in further permutations, infinite and unknown.

It is no wonder that life is hard. Lifetimes of personality development shape our individual expression and we interact with others based upon who are are at any given moment. The social mask provides the gateway of understanding, of belonging and difference, while the omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent observes dispassionately through eyes alight with the flames of forever.

Science shows us that steady-state heart resonation displays the most constant state of being as the body’s electromagnetic sheath pulsates with health, wellness and frequencies of peace, joy and happiness. The cacaphonic discord of pain and suffering shapes lives through unrelinquished stress, dwelling on the past, worrying about the future, leads to shortened lives and dis-harmonic states of being.

Cultivate peace of body. Quietude of mind. Those we encounter in our travels find peace in this resonation and conflict can be lessened, leading to more beneficial interactions with all whom we meet. Taming the passions – to those prepared for such a state of being – clarifies intention and action. Simplifying thought simplifies life.

Each moment carries a contest of its own. Through our interactions with others, we meet the challenges of personality and spiritual development. Through our own examination of our inner life we face our own personal demons and angels and choose which way to go. Whichever way that may be, may it express the truest expression of your heart.

Causality in the form of the divine manifest looks mundane. Looks like the daily grind. But it can feel like the pathway to Eternity if you see it that way. Each moment can be a revelation of self-discovery and growth, each interaction with other Travelers, each experience the crowning achievement of a lifetime, spiraling up into the future consciously aware and prepared for whatever comes next, present in the now moment and living according to your deepest held ideals and understandings about the world and your place in it.

The Unknowable and Ineffable

But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. ~Matthew 24:36

Many people believe that they know what is going on in the world.

They avidly watch the evening news, read the newspapers, browse the media sites online keeping up with recent events in politics and culture, drawing conclusions based upon their own understanding and the trends of the day. The mainstream media presents memes depicting certain themes they desire the masses to internalize and, subsequently, materialize. Alternative media does the same.

And yet, despite the prognostications of those who believe they know best, their predictions rarely come true, their dire outcomes evaporate back into the wishful nightmares that seem to typify the oft unspoken desires of many. The extraordinary detail to be found in many expositions concerning the confluence of past, present and future upon any topic bearing upon the matter of humanity’s fate often defies description. The varied and fantastic prognoses of those who have taken upon themselves the mantle of prophet seem to lead those who query down a rabbit hole of phantasms, ghosts, demons and even angels hell-bent upon the utter destruction of Terran consciousness from the manifest matter of Creation itself.

The idea of the world existing in some kind of matrix-like relation to the greater reality of the Cosmos, comprised of infinite universes and dimensions, layers and agglomerations of consciousness and potentiality, has migrated from the purely alternative and awakened consciousness paradigm and is currently threatening sleeping and mainstream consciousness with a bombardment of books, television shows and movies that present the structure of alternative belief systems in the guise of fictional narratives.

Of course these memes are structured with very specific outcomes and thought directives in mind. Human supremacy, concentrated violence, cultural, political and racial aggression all underlie the overtly entertaining and colorful multimedia presentations of stories designed to evoke very specific states of mind and emotion. States that lie quiescent, dormant for the most part, until triggered by external events. The timeline is indeed a human one, designed and carried out by larger accretions of consciousness formed over many hundreds of years, intent upon maintaining elite domination of the world through the voluntary acquiescence to an agenda non-life oriented in nature.

All of the institutions of society play their part. From sports to government, from corporations to churches. The same powers and principalities invoke the remorseless and ponderous force of millennia of capital accumulation applied against the natural will and intent of a significant number of the planetary population who are aligned more with the idea of a sustainable world than with the consumptive and death-oriented agenda of the elite. Those inhabitants of the so-called developed countries are immersed within a sea of electromagnetic confusion, vapidly entranced by the dancing mimes of illusory entertainment, bodies malnourished by fast and processed foods, unstructured water and medications designed to diffuse consciousness and debilitate the body.

Those who consider themselves awakened are little better off, isolated and paranoid, confused by the preponderance of information and the apparent inconsistency of diversity,  as fantastic vistas of potentiality compete for relevance and perceptive reality. The extra-terrestrial question, Dark Ops, political gamesmanship, cultural and material genocide, the origins of humanity and our destiny. Themes that swirl and compete in consciousness for domination, the synthesis of a multitude of topical areas utilizing right and left-brained modalities of lateral thinking successfully achieved by some few, yet fatally flawed by the inclusion of deliberately falsified data and information purposefully skewed to favor certain agendas over others.

Considering the fateful importance of clear and concise thinking, immersion within the streams of information competing for ideological and material dominance, the only sane response is continuing and applied concentration upon the modalities of perception themselves.

The instruments of our immersion, the temples, prisons of our consciousnesses.

The body and mind remain the lenses through which our spirits and souls interact with the material world. Clarity of intent, clarity of perception, clarity of speech and action rarefy the experience of the Seeker.  Through the mechanisms of chaos synchronicitous events coalesce around thoughts, words and actions, weaving a tapestry of seamless interaction between the experiencer and the experienced, the Seeker and that which is sought. The deliberately confusing potpourri of information settles into the still, zero-point void of the Absolute from whence it arose, presenting vistas undreamed to those who seek also that return to the form of original consciousness, that point of knowledge and ignorance, of birth and death, of creation and destruction.

Too many speak of helping humanity when helping only themselves. Many are presented upon the worldly stage, interchangeably in energetic signature, in the guises of guru, shaman, priest and preacher, misleading those who are willingly misled. To each who truly seeks comes the answers sought, finite though they may be. The completion of one path leads inexorably to the beginning of another. The wheels within wheels, spirals beyond spirals, cycles infinite and eternal in conception gird our daily sojourns, mired as they may be in minutia and the dramas of our lives.

Attempting the interpretation of the world itself while still encapsulated within the limited consciousness structure of the individuated and divided consciousness is to present bias in the guise of the ineffable, to assume the knowing of that which is unknowable and inherently respondent to and, in many cases, subjected to the very instruments of perception itself. The uncontrolled emotive sheath, the undisciplined mental, the unknown soul constrained, these are the barriers to explode through to achieve the clarity necessary to perceive – even so, in a very limited fashion – the barest outlines of what is really going on.

Knowing is a continuous process. Ignorance is the default state of egoic existence. Pride, hubris threaten ever; only gratitude, openness and pure intention can pierce the locks girding the Portals of True Understanding, revealing the star-swept vistas of eternity beyond. No matter the prognostication of the street-corner prophet, the peaceful ruminations of the Sat sang-bound sage or the rabid denouncements of the internet conspiracy monger, no limited consciousness constrained by their own attachments to materiality holds the keys to the pearly gates, nor the favored ear of the ineffable.

While some do indeed see beyond the veil, are capable of abilities beyond the norm, these powers – called siddhis in the east – often present those possessing them with more problems than solutions. Daily adherence to the tenets of personal transformation remain the key to discernment. These same directives, as laid out by every, single ancient spiritual system known to humanity, provide the answers, while leaving the ultimate questions to that which possesses the ultimate answers. That of which we are ultimately conceived, ultimately returned to and ultimately inseparable from.

Clear, live and learn. Or, as the old folks say, let go, and let God. All is proceeding as per God’s plan, no matter how that term is defined or by whom. Pay attention to your part in it and situate yourself accordingly to find the answers relevant to your life and destiny. No part is too small. Every actor holds the spotlight for their part in the play, a production both infinitely variegated and boundlessly intricate.

Smile, play your role and rejoice in every moment. Paradox rules. Nothing is important or meaningful. And yet, everything is. Let the fear of the unknown die stillborn in your breast, for not even the angels of heaven know more than you do about what is to come.
